F&M Trust announces new hires, promotions - November 2025

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.

 

Madonna Beverlin has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Residential Mortgage Processing Manager.

Beverlin will be responsible for managing the residential mortgage processing area to ensure prompt and effective delivery of residential mortgages to retail customers within the bank’s market area, ensure the bank’s compliance with established policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements, and supervise assigned personnel.

Beverlin is based out of the F&M Trust headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

 
Heather Gormont has been promoted to Vice President, Consumer Lending and Retail Loan Operations Manager.

In this capacity, Gormont will develop and implement strategies to achieve income growth and quality goals, establish the annual budget and lead product development of consumer loan offerings.  Additionally, Gormont will oversee the residential mortgage processing area as well as the compliance and credit of the consumer and mortgage loan portfolio.

Gormont is based out of the F&M Trust headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

Melissa Miller has been promoted to Vice President, Senior Marketing and Brand Manager.

Miller will be responsible for brand and creative strategy, supporting the bank’s business lines to achieve annual goals, collaborating with internal departments to optimize the customer experience, and managing the strategic direction of the bank’s marketing technology platforms.

Miller received the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) certification from the American Bankers Association and previously served as a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Chambersburg and Shippensburg.

Miller is based out of the F&M Trust headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

Jill Reddecliff has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Project Management Office Manager.

In this role, Reddecliff will focus on developing and implementing project management policies and methodologies to help optimize project outcomes. In addition, she will work closely with senior management to secure resources and provide updates to control project progression.

Reddecliff is certified as a project management professional having earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and previously served as a board member for the Humane Society of Washington County.

Reddecliff is based out of the F&M Trust headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

Courtney Shauf has been promoted to Community Office Manager for the F&M Trust Memorial Square and Orchard Park Community Offices.

In this capacity, Shauf will obtain key performance targets by driving sales through both internal and external efforts, elevate the customer experience while monitoring, increasing and retaining customer relationships and implement strategies developed for the bank’s Community Office network.

Shauf serves on the board for Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County and is a member of the Chambersburg Exchange Club.

Shauf is based out of the F&M Trust Orchard Park Community Office.

 

Ruth Shiffler has been hired as Vice President, Wealth Advisor.

Shiffler will be responsible for developing new business and providing trust, brokerage, insurance, investment, and personal retirement services to customers. Shiffler brings 17 years of experience to her role.

She is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg, having previously served as its President.

Shiffler is based out of the F&M Trust regional headquarters in Harrisburg.

 

Dave Winters has been promoted to Consumer Loan Operations Manager.

In this role, Winters will collaborate with the bank’s consumer lending team to meet the needs of clients, Community Office lenders, and operational partners in delivering quality financial solutions.

Winters is based out of the F&M Trust Carlisle Crossing Community Office.

 

Megan Witmer has been promoted to Community Office Manager for the Waynesboro and Mont Alto Community Offices.

In this capacity, Witmer will be responsible for obtaining key performance targets by driving sales through both internal and external efforts, elevating the customer experience and retaining customer relationships.

Witmer is based out of the F&M Trust Waynesboro Community Office.
